His quote qas the most reasonable one I received out of the 4 or 5 I tried and it included his trip to the house. In addition, he was professional by calling in advance to confirn the appointment prior to coming. This helped to remind me that he was coming. He showed up on time, set up and took about 40 minutes to do the job from start to finish. Then he demonstrated that the lawn mower was repaired by starting it up and letting it run. He saved me several days of waiting to have my mower repaired by a local shop. Eric is also quite personable and I would definitely recommend him.
