I called to set up an appointment and he was available within a few days which was great, especially beginning of summer. Erik was very responsive via text, just make sure you get the right number because sometimes it’s weird on here! Several concerns with mower. Erik came to my home to provide the service. He took parts off, assessed concerns with gas leak, etc. He replaced a gasket, rebuilt carburetor, cleaned up gas line, checked oil. I cranked mower easily. Runs well. Reasonable price.
