Eric was very helpful, and explained what the problem was and what he was going to do to correct the issue. And I want to specially thank him for his patience for waiting for me to comeback to pick the mower up when it was ready.

Belt broke on our riding lawn mower . Eric came realized the cause . Tightened some loose screws and it was ready to go... so we thought. Apparently the belt that I purchased to replace it was the wrong one. I assumed we would have to reschedule so that I could return to the shop to exchange it but right away Eric went to the shop Traffic and all and returner with the right and more better belt. . Very friendly+very efficient+Very knowledgeable= one very satisfied costumer.

I had an issue with my lawnmower starting then stopping shortly after. I found Eric's company online via a search. His quote qas the most reasonable one I received out of the 4 or 5 I tried and it included his trip to the house. In addition, he was professional by calling in advance to confirn the appointment prior to coming. This helped to remind me that he was coming. He showed up on time, set up and took about 40 minutes to do the job from start to finish. Then he demonstrated that the lawn mower was repaired by starting it up and letting it run. He saved me several days of waiting to have my mower repaired by a local shop. Eric is also quite personable and I would definitely recommend him.

I called to set up an appointment and he was available within a few days which was great, especially beginning of summer. Erik was very responsive via text, just make sure you get the right number because sometimes it’s weird on here! He had it done it about 30 minutes and explained to me what he did to our push mower and even gave me some tips! Thanks Erik! We will definitely call again.
